I have already been so happy with, and relieved by, the use of your service as I had quite a number of listings and sales I needed to advertise but had no time for creating the mailers in my Publisher program, printing the address labels, sticking them to the cards, metering them getting them out. Forget the printing time! To send out 2000 cards, I would have spent literally about 5 days on that process, getting nothing else done on my ever lengthy list.

Without expresscopy.com, I wouldn't do it (market). Every month I send out postcards to my clients with the work of local artists on them. The artist's work always looks great and my clients appreciate the cards, I see them up on refrigerators all over town. But this wouldn't work without expresscopy.com. I tried expresscopy.com as soon as I received the notice they were a CRS partner. I had a sale and a new listing and was getting ready to order postcards to mail out. Instead, I checked expresscopy.com and used them because their cost was less than 1/2 of the cost of the company I had been using. The next time I order I am going to try their full service of uploading a mailing list and letting them mail the postcard for me. It will still save me money and a great deal of time. The service was exactly as represented and more. I hope any CRS agent who utilizes a printing service will at least try expresscopy.com. I know they will be pleased if they do.

I use expresscopy.com. Fast turnaround, reasonable cost and you can talk to a human if you need help. And the quality of the cards is superb, bright colors, coated paper, etc. I do my own layouts in Publisher and email that with the address list in Excel csv format, gauge delivery times then tell them when to take them to the post office. Done deal. I also use them for announcing open houses to the 100 surrounding neighbors which are the same people Solds & Listeds go to. One other thing I do with a new listing is make 500 business cards with a photo of the home and the most important details - Headline, address, 3 lines for description, price, MLS number, Map Book page and my name & contact number. As you know, I've been a customer of expresscopy.com for a relatively long time. I thought I'd take a couple of minutes to email and tell you that I continue to be impressed with expresscopy.com's quality and responsiveness. I've placed about 3 orders this week, ranging from laminated flyers to almost 1000 laminated postcards. When I ran into a problem with an upload of a large file, I had a callback from one of your tech support people in a matter of minutes. The problem was resolved quickly. Due to client issues, the production of a flyer for a $1.65M listing of mine was delayed. I uploaded the 21MB file to you this morning with a note telling your team that it would be greatly appreciated if they could turn around the laminated order in a day instead of the 2 days it sometimes takes. They accommodated the request and I'll have the flyers tomorrow.

I can't tell you how many clients have said that receiving a high-quality laminated postcard in the mail, or seeing one of my high-quality color laminated flyers, established a perception of quality that helped differentiate me from the rest of the real estate community. A quality product at a compelling price and an attitude in providing it that I find simply amazing in this day and age of 'take it or leave it'.
