How Does Ordering Custom Calendars Online Work?
Ordering calendars online is easy! Our system is designed to let you order high quality calendars that we’ll mail out to your clients, family or friends...or we can ship them directly to you.
If you’re not interested in starting a calendar from scratch you can use our simple online template system. Find the calendar template category, make a calendar selection and then choose the matching calendar templates that let you customize an informational panel that is displayed next to each month, as well as a full panel that recipients will see when they receive the calendar.
Alternatively, you can go down the custom route with your calendar if you’re familiar with a design program like Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, or Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator or Indesign. Just make sure to review our calendar specs and download starter files to make sure you get everything formated correctly. Once you’re finished go ahead and export it to PDF and upload into your account.
If you're having us mail your calendars directly to people on your address list, we make that easy, too. Once your calendar design is done, upload your address list in almost any common format, and we'll use our system to standardize your list, and address each calendar individually to your audience. We then mail them out directly from our printing facility, so you can spend your time building relationships with the people who respond to your mailing, rather than waiting in line at post office.

What Sizes Are Available?
Size 1: Folded Calendar Size is 5.5” x 8.5”
When fully displayed on a wall the calendars will measure 8.5” x 11”, but when we mail them out for you, or if you’d prefer to have them shipped directly to you, the folded size is 5.5” x 8.5”.

How Long Will My Order Take?
Calendars are a bit more involved than our same day postcard mailings but we’re going to produce them as quickly as we can. Without being too specific you can anticipate anywhere from 1-5 business days for us to finish and then either mail or ship your calendars out.
