Dear expresscopy.com Customer,

We are committed to providing you with the best possible quality and service, and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order.  If you are not completely satisifed with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 30 days of your order, and we will either re-print your order from your original file, issue you a refund, or issue you a credit for this amount on a future order - your choice. *

*Refunds/credits do not include postage and are limited to a quantity of 500 pieces, for a maximum refund of $200, limit one refund per customer.

While we are more than willing to accept responsibility for any errors we may have caused, we cannot assume responsibility for, or guarantee any, of the following:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, as we do not proof each order
  • Inferior quality or low resolution of uploaded images
  • Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process
  • Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type
  • Damages, delays or non-delivery caused by either UPS or the USPS
  • expresscopy.com is not responsible for response rates of customer mailing efforts
